My entrepreneurial journey has always been driven by a passion for building businesses that solve real problems and create opportunities across markets. Over the years, I have founded and scaled businesses in the technology and telecommunications sectors, with operations spanning more than 10 countries across Africa. Working across these diverse markets has given me deep insight into the realities of doing business across borders — from navigating infrastructure and regulatory environments to building systems that can support growth at scale. Through this experience, I have seen first-hand how critical technology, strong operational foundations, and the right people are to the success of any organisation. This perspective is what I bring to PeopleCentra. My focus is on bringing technical expertise, entrepreneurial thinking, and practical business knowledge into the company. Having built and operated businesses across multiple African markets, I understand both the opportunities and the complexities that come with expanding into new regions. PeopleCentra represents an opportunity to combine that experience with a forward-looking vision — creating solutions that help organisations build and manage global teams more effectively.

We are building PeopleCentra as a platform that brings together HR expertise, technology, and cross-border business insight to support modern organisations as they grow across markets. At its core, our goal is simple: to build systems and solutions that make it easier for businesses to scale and for talent to thrive across borders. PeopleCentra was born from a simple belief: talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not always evenly distributed. For more than 16 years, I have worked in Human Resources across multiple countries, partnering with organisations to build teams, shape people strategies, and navigate complex workforce challenges. That journey exposed me to the realities of the global workforce — how businesses struggle to access the right talent across borders, and how many skilled professionals in emerging markets struggle to access global opportunities. Working across different regions gave me a front-row seat to how culture, policy, and people strategy influence business success. It also showed me something powerful: Africa holds an incredible pool of capable, ambitious professionals who are ready to contribute to global organisations. That realisation became the seed for PeopleCentra.

PeopleCentra will bridge Africa and global businesses by helping organisations build and manage high-performing distributed teams while creating meaningful opportunities for professionals across the continent. Through PeopleCentra, we are building modern HR solutions and technology platforms designed to simplify global workforce management, enable companies to scale across borders, and ensure that people processes remain compliant, efficient, and human-centred. But beyond systems and strategy, my work has always been deeply personal. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about mentoring professionals and helping them unlock their potential. I have seen how the right guidance, exposure, and mindset can transform careers.
